At SimplyFit we are dedicated to improving the lives of women through fitness. As well as the fantastic 30 minute resistance circuit we offer a number of enjoyable classes throughout the week. Combat, Zumba, LBT and one to one training helps to keep our ladies (of all abilities and ages) happy and healthy. Our staff are all fully qualified in fitness training and nutrition and we offer a fully qualified injury and rehabilitation specialist, who specialises in lower back conditions so there is never a reason for anyone not to take part in any of our services.
