Leanne oversees one of the groups that has made a massive difference to my health, lifestyle and well-being. She is very uplifting, inspiring and encouraging and she has been extremely generous with her videos, resources and recipes. I've found many of these to be really informative and it is evident that she absolutely knows her stuff. I've applied lots to the advice she's given and found that it's impacted me really positively. I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to get their mind and body in shape.

Leanne has helped me a great deal on my path to a healthier and fitter lifestyle. I am probably not one of her best clients as I 'cheat eat' a lot but she has persevered with me. Leanne will always push you but she knows when to push 'hard' and when to push 'soft'. My fitness levels have improved since day one and now that I have made a real commitment to reduce my calories and improve my nutrition we are starting to see the weight and size reduce.
