Very nice place with a mahoosive beer garden, including heated booths and sheltered areas. Excellent selection of beers if you like your American hops ales, Camden ales etc. Plus several lagers and at least one meantime. Menu lacking a kids menu, although they do do kids fish and chips. Little bit pricey for this part of London

The Cuckfield is a lively local. It has a narrow but rather nice menu. It gets changed regularly and there are some nice food combinations. The wine selection is also good. Seating in the conservatory us pleasant and in the summer the beer garden is not to be missed

The pub looks lovely and inviting but don't order any food here. We had to clear our own table before we sat down and nobody came around to wipe it off after. Our food was supposed to come all together but we were drip fed with one dish after the other. The main dish was supposed to be seared tuna but it turned out to be tuna jerky...terrible in every sense. I never write reviews positive or negative but this time I just couldn't hold back. Edit: the manager spoke to us, was very apologetic and took care of the situation.

Well done to Cuckfield yesterday for putting on a great family fun day and great launch party on Thursday we enjoy our fizz and nibbles and the children hand fun with the Easter bunny. Great day and it created a community vibe. Well done.
