Very friendly atmosphere and reasonable prices. Opens early for breakfast which is great. I hope it never disappears like many of the traditional English Pubs in London have. The new menu is much easier to read and a few new additions is nice. Trio of deserts is great.

I usually go to The Crown for a late breakfast so cannot comment on any of the other menus. I like the breakfast choices, they are cheap, cheerful and good value for the price. They offer vegetarian breakfast options, along with your regular fry up sizzling on a hot place. The staff are friendly and polite and I've never waited a long time for my food. There is outdoor seating which is nice in the warmer months.

I had a sizzling breakfast and can I say how very good it was, the food was so well cooked and tasty the staff are friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The pub is very clean and tidy the decor is very subtle and easy on the eye. All in a very pleasant experience for my first visit for breakfast. Many Thanks to staff keep it up

A friendly pub with good food and a large car park. Nice location opposite St Mary's Church. Take a walk up to Bell View opposite and you can see for 15 miles or more!
