The crossing point cafe

Just passing and thought this place looks ok. Well what an excellent choice, a lovely small cafe selling excellent food and drink. A great menu with some wonderful flavours with great service. Specialty blends of tea available which were brilliant. Well done and thanks for a great lunch.

Had an excellent lunch sat by the fire, my chicken sandwich was exquisite and washed down by a fantastic beer.

They get everything right! Great decor, wonderful staff and owners, great menu, flood even better than you'd expect and teas to try and take away. They blend their own and all 4 we tried were sublime. Cakes were ace too, dogs allowed in and one of the best wine shops out the back. 10 out of 10

Great service. Relaxed. Selection of life leave tea is wide and varied.... Try the Russian caravan tea. Cakes rich but not sickly. Offers a free umbrella borrowing service which is very nice. Sophisticated option in an otherwise bland selection of tourist traps

Great original menu reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Pleasant atmosphere whether on own, couple or with kids.
