Excellent service over the 3 years I have been a customer. Even though I have to travel to the Kirkby Lonsdale Centre (some 40 miles), it is till worth it. The products are not the cheapest on the market but the quality of service is second to none. The staff are always professional, polite and respectful.

In 2011, having been thinking for some four years that I should do something about my hearing, I went to see Irene. I was immediately impressed, not only by her friendly and encouraging manner, but also by her thorough appraisal of my hearing problems. She recommended a pair of Phonac hearing aids and I have found these extremely effective, comfortable and discrete. They certainly improved the quality of my life significantly, not only by giving me vastly improved hearing but also in obliterating periods of tinnitus which I had previously experienced. Throughout the seven years that Irene has looked after me, I have been very grateful for her kindness and advice. Also reassuring has been her concern in ensuring that my hearing aids are checked and adjusted every six months, free of charge. I would highly recommend Irene :- a visit to the Hearing Centre in Kirkby Lonsdale could well be the end of your worries about hearing loss.
