Story

Lunesdale Art & Framing is an Aladdin’s cave in the centre of Kirkby Lonsdale. We supply all kinds of art materials for all ages, and a range of individual greetings cards particularly supporting local artists. We offer photocopying (from a ‘hard copy’ or electronic) onto a range of good quality paper/card, scanning, emailing, faxing and A4 and A3 laminating.

We offer a comprehensive bespoke picture fra -ming service with experience of framing all types of artwork and treasured possessions. Over 25 years we have developed a specialisation in conservation framing techniques using acid free materials to preserve original works of art and limited editions. But we can also stretch fabrics and canvasses, mount shirts and medals, and give advice on styling and colour. Please ask in the shop for a free quotation.

Giclee printing is an inexpensive way to reproduce and preserve your favourite artwork. All our printing is done in house using pigment inks and a range of fine art papers, and involves working with the artist for accuracy. Examples of the high quality results are on display in the shop. We respect the copyright of all artwork submitted.

Prints can be taken from supplied images. If not available our photographic service can create images suitable for printing and posting on the web. Prices for all printing and photo work are available in the shop.
