Ordered a chicken burger and chips, got home and the chicken burger was just about edible, was real chicken with a crispy coating, had a salty, peppery flavour. The chips I would expect from chippy to be great, they were greasy, soggy and very poor. This was my second visit, first time I never reviewed and told myself to go to Chipmonks, should have listened to myself. £7.60 for chicken burger and chips, too expensive when half went in the bin.
Used to be so nice, not any more. No taste to the chips, batter on the fish is chewy and tonight’s delivery took 2 hours. Peas missing from the order and sausages were like they’d been drying out for the 2 hours wait.
Good food but they have increased the price of their lamb shish kebab from £9.90 to £12.85 in the space of 1 month. Sadly you have lost a good client
Bought a meal last week for mum's birthday. Three of us chose our options. Absolutely disgusting. Been getting meals from here for ages and ages, but sadly never again.

Ordered a regular and small fish and chips with tartar sauce, peas and gravy. When the ordered arrived, both meals were small and for the 3rd time didn't come with tartar sauce. Even though I paid for it. The first time I visited I was ignored for over 30 minutes. This is the first time i've ever had to complain about consistently bad service from a restaurant. I gave it so many chances and now i'm done. This is the last order i'll ever make from The Crispy Cod let down
Check your order before you take it away. Ordered Shredded Chilli Beef and Got shredded Chicken in a sweet sauce which was average. Would not come back for a Chinese here again.
Really good food, service and price. Big portions too
Order here quite a lot and I must say my order was disappointing to say the least doner kebab looked very under done noodles had no taste like they was not seasoned and the salt and pepper wings was very greasy sorry crispy cod but thus order was very poor
Ordered a meal not very nice they used heinze red source on chilli beef peeking disgusting had to throw it away i always go their and order the same meal Not going again from now on
