Tried this place for the first time after hearing how good it was multiple times. I can confirm it is excellent. Really good food packed full of flavour. The price here is fantastic too, I couldn’t believe what I’d got for the price I got it for. Easy and convenient to pull up at the front door too. The ladies working here and serving were lovely. I’m sure all of them made sure they said bye to me as I left. Things like that just make the difference.
Salt and pepper anything from here is incredible and the duck and pancakes are lovely too. Top Chinese and lovely owners!

My boss told me about this place and for me its a 20 minute drive Well worth the drive By far the best food ive tasted in st helens Ive been here 14 years and its took me this long to find this place The food is incredible, perfectly cooked, even under pressure it was a saturday night and was very busy i can not fault the food I had the won ton soup, sesame prawn toast, sui mai, char sui fried rice, prawn crackers and chips Even the prawn crackers where fresh. Will be going here from now on My kids even enjoyed the food and they're picky Well done and congratulations rainford supper bar, you have my custom from now on
I've been going here for years never had a bad meal the staff are great would highly recommend I have to go past 5 chippys to get there because they are much better
Never had a bad meal from here and been going for several years now. Beautiful food . Friendly staff who work exceptionally hard x Wouldn't go any where else

Been coming here 30 year's and the food used to be very consistent. Post lockdown, they are obviously trying to recoup their losses at our expense. Portions have shrunk, Chinese food is now dry and bland. Their chow mein used to be legendary, my last visit was tasteless. All egg noodles and rather than the chicken being cooked in juice it was just dry, shredded and sprinkled on top. They have stopped selling, fish & pies etc. My mother in law and husband went here last week and both had chips and curry, a few hours later they were both violently sick . This was the only place either of them had eaten all day. We are all going to avoid this place at any cost, a good business spoiled by greed.
Best Chinese I have ever had. Food may be more pricey but much larger food portions and a much nicer taste. Lovely staff. Can be very busy on weekends.
Rude obnoxious staff who cannot be bothered to check the meal with you even though they know the paper menu they have is different to that on the wall in the shop. Got given the wrong meal and when we rang up they treated us terribly. I don't care what the food is like if the service is disgraceful then you don't deserve the custom. Probably why it was empty on a Saturday evening.
