Not great to be honest. Sunday lunch menu has 1 main course only as part of the set menu! I had the roast beef. Tough as old boots and fatty. Kids menu really needs to be thought about again. " Gourmet" sausages for kids? Really? Service is also poor. Having to chase up courses and asking for table to be cleared. I would forgive a lot if it were particularly busy bit it wasn't. Nice place that could and should be great but staff and management deserve a kick up the back side!

Nice warm welcome and pleasant surroundings. Drinks order taken and served timeously by friendly waitress. Varied menu at reasonable prices. Food served was of a high standard and served quickly albeit my visit was Sunday early evening. Would certainly return.

Lovely food, friendly staff. Only been once but the whole family were delighted, and planning to go back soon. Scratching my head at the negative reviews - maybe the reviewers were having a bad day?? Update: since first going four years ago, we have become regular customers, taking friends on occasion and had some wonderful meals and visits there. The atmosphere and choice of food have continued to improve since the re-fit. I have to eat gluten-free and the staff have been very helpful, recommending suitable dishes and substitutions for every course. Can't fault it, increasing my rating to 5/5.

Locally the Cricklewood has a great reputation so we went in for lunch as we considered it for boxing say lunch. Unfortunately the service was embarrassingly poor. The manager stood talking to a customer and had to be approached for any requests. No enthusiasm for the other customers at all. The one young girl waitress was trying her best however without decent support her efforts were in vain. The food was good but then you are left waiting 20 minutes with no interaction from the staff having physically go to the bar for the bill. You could complain in person but the damage is already done, I prefer to vote with my feet as do most others. If a good first impression is created then return. If not, choose another location.

Excellent service for our daughters 40th birthday party. Good food good drinks, well recommended. Thank you all staff xx
