It was a really nice pub and friendly staff. We were in a hurry and wanted to grab lunch. Ordered 2 dishes that could be served quickly so we could be on our way. Sausage and Mash and Chilli Fries. Food was nice no doubt. But we had to wait nearly half an hour to be served. It seemed that the place was understaffed and the team was just about coping. So their friendly and welcoming attitude was greatly appreciated. There is parking on site, the menu is varied with restaurant and bar snacks options. Great place, just go with time on your hands so you can enjoy the experience, atmosphere and the vibe.
Absolutely amazing, I was more than happy today with not only the bad boy Craddock Roast the customer service was outstanding I had lovely time 100% recommend this place and I will differently be coming again thank you for sure a lovely experience
I went with friends to have a go at the pub quiz. Good atmosphere, variety of drinks available, and the chocolate pudding with ice cream was delicious.
Being the nearest pub and eatery to my daughters in Leicester, we have visited many times. The Everard Tiger is always good in fact its better than that served at Everard brewery at Fosse Park. The food is also good. I have also been to live music events which have been excellent.Great outdoor seating areas and good car park. Thoroughly recommended.
Superb proper English pub with numerous rooms and a large garden. Good range of ales, lagers and ciders. Very busy, but never had to wait long for bar service because there were 6 fast and efficient people working behind the bar.
Wow first time at The Craddock Arms and it was brilliant went on a day with good weather so opted to sit outside the inside of the pub looked really nice and clean with really comfy seats. The outside was done up with bench and tables. Lots of choice of beer wine and alcohol as you'd expect. The food was brilliant one of the best Sunday lunches I have had amazing loads on your plate tasted amazing. Had a astarter as well and was different and taste fantastic. Highly recommended this pub for a Sunday lunch will come back
We didn't know the area, googled local pubs and found this beauty. We decided to go here because it's vegan food got several points above others in the local area. We hadn't booked but I think this could be an issue at busier time because we were asked if we had booked when we sat down and then asked to leave the table, then we were told we could sit at the table. Obviously the staff aren't prepped on table bookings or just aren't interested in what tables are available. However we had a lovely meal excellent vegan sweetcorn ribs followed by lentil vegan burgers which were delicious, fish and chips were great value with a great crispy batter. Wine, coffee and other beverages were great. One of our party commented on the coffee saying it was the best he'd had out for a long time and he is a bit of a coffee fanatic. We will visit again but perhaps call ahead or book.
Me and my colleague had an overnight trip with work Removals and our customers reccomended the craddock for a drink. Staff were very friendly and very efficient. Was never waiting for a drink more than a minute or 2. The atmosphere was buzzing with conversation. Only a 4 star rating as we didn't eat so can't comment on the food. Only had 3 pints but each time was cold and crisp. Would visit again if work brought us to the area.
Visited for a meal, one was significantly better than the other. Banquettes give little room for the older or larger customer. Friendly service, reasonably priced
Took my Nephews here for Sunday lunch couple weeks back & it was fantastic. Food was amazing, especially Cauliflower Cheese! Roast Beef was to die for, tats & veg tender & youngest 10 year old Nephew had Seabass for 1st time & loved it. Service brilliant. Staff excellent, especially the fella who jested with my 13 year old Nephew about dress standards in the pub as he had a Man City top on & rightly told him Leicester City only! Loved the vibe of the place. Clean, cosy. In fact my original booking was for 4 & at the last minute I requested 2 extra places & they sorted it out without any fuss I hadn't been to the Craddock for many years now as I live in London but rest assured I will be swinging by for a pint & grub each time I return home. Even bumped into an old pal John Duffy his local who I hadn't seen for years. I think he thight he saw a ghost when I strolled in. Thanks to all staff who looked after us. Marvellous see you again over the festive period.
