Nice location just off the edge of Pagham harbour.  Ideally situated for RSPB reserve.  Restaurant is OK.

Hidden gem. On the side of the now silted up Pagham Harbour, superb restaurant located in a historic building. Excellent menu, regularly reviewed., local seafood a speciality. Staff are at pains to ensure a memorable experience. Not cheap, but real value for money. Definitely the place for that special occasion.
On site accommodation is also available, luxurious.
Well worth a visit, check out the specials board.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The setting is stunning sitting next to the estuary. Some great outside space and a lovely feel in the restaurant itself. The food was high end - I particularly enjoyed the fish soup. The food presentation was as good as it gets. And the waiter was very attentive and friendly. I would recommend the Crab & Lobster as a great place to eat.
