Visited today and was served by the lovely charlotte. In my opinion she went above and beyond and her customer service was fabulous. Chips fresh from the fryer and the most gorgeous curry sauce. Wonderful place. My Haddock was cooked to my order and was not kept warm in a cabinet. The chips were nicely cooked, not pale yellow and tasteless. Excellent service with personable staff. I was delighted with my dinner here.Food: 5/5
Lovely fish and chips Nice portion for kids fish and chips Didn’t charge extra for scraps Great friendly staff Offered a drink and lolly pop with kids portion. Benches around the side for seating. Also restaurant around the side which opens later in the day. Possibly the best fish and chips on Otley. RECOMMENDED 5*
Got fish and chips abd a curry sauce for takeout. Friendly service bur had to wait some time for the food. Not fast at all but tge flipside is it was totally fresh. Standard fish a little on the small side but everything cooked to absolute perfection. Curry sauce consistency spot on too. All tasted wonderful. Third time there over the past year and consistently good.
We had a lovely family meal here in the restaurant. Enjoying lovely food, excellent service and a great choice of soft drinks, wine and beers, also a good selection of coffees and tea. Thank you for a great experience! Also dogs welcome win win
Called in today on our way back to the car, in the car park. We saw the restaurant and that dogs were welcome. So decided to go in. We had the senior citizens special. Plenty of fish, chips, mushy peas and a hot drink. The food was well cooked, friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant and toilet very clean. We come from Leeds and will be back whenever we are in Otley. The staff were lovely with our dog 10/10.

Have been going to the Wharf for a long time, traveling from Leeds, recently changed hands and am sorry to say won't be going again, the special was like a minnow! and my medium fish was ,well leave it to your imagination, did give it a try for 3weeks but no change. The staff are pleasant, such a shame,
Fish was cooked fresh, and coated with a super light and very tasty batter, chips where light and crispy and cooked to perfection. I also ordered a side of curry sauce and peas, the mushy peas were outstanding, however the curry sauce was just standard chip shop curry sauce and was a bit on the sweet side for my tastes. And the thing that pushed it to earn a 5 star review was....... Free batter scraps oh yes who does not love something for free . There is a nice bench area at the back to sit and eat with bins provided too. Nice to see that it was all sustainable packaging and bamboo forks too we came here on the back of the Google reviews and we were not disappointed ! Keep it up guys, the Rochdale chap.
