I've just been looking at some of the reviews and I have to say I tried this company a couple of months ago and have been back since a couple of times. I think it's one of the best I have ever had. The chips are just perfect a also the fish - I can highly recommend.
Up there with the best of the best, excellent value nice staff
Without a doubt these are the best fish and chips anyone could wish for. Perfectly fries fish and the chips are amazing. Mushy peas to die for. It may sound all embellished but believe me they are worth a taste. You won't bother with the wetherby whaler and their prices ever again.
Excellent tasting fish, well cooked and hot, only criticism is too many small chip bits, but very tasty none the less, definitely one of the better tasting fish i have ever had.

Awful. Chips burned on outside, not cooked inside. Fish was horrible, again not cooked nice. Everything were soaking in oil. Shop do not accept card, cash only. More reason to avoid. Visited 1st time and definitely a last one.
