Outstanding see photos. Turkey and ham twice.nnUpdate: ordered main and desert. Served hot. Table vegetables x4 that u help yourself to. Cabbage, carrot, cauliflower and turnip/parsnip, not sure. Roulade style turkey and ham with moist perfectly herby stuffing. Gravy made with juices on top. Mash potato perfectly mashed, seasoned perfectly, I did add freshly cracked pepper too. Bacon pork belly is perfectly cooked, 50/50 fat to red bacon ratio. Crispy bacon cocktail sausages x2, perfectly cooked again, crispy bacon succulent sausage is just dreamlike on your tongue. I try holding it in my mouth and eating some potato with it twice. Roast potato is crispy on outside and soft floury middle. Just like my mums.nnDesert was dreamy with the cream poured on every spoonful so not waste any sticking to the plate. Cream had something added for lingering flavour. House made ice cream. Espresso was perfect and properly made so wasn't steaming hit like some amateur places. They do takeout too
Lovely wee hidden gem that won't stay hidden for long! We had a tight window to eat before going to the theatre in Enniskillen and they couldn't have been more accomodating even when there was a surprise birthday cake handed to them. Fantastic service and delicious food in a lovely atmosphere. We will definitely be back for a more leisurely meal in the very near future.
I am a ex patriot local living in Paris for many years .. so read a difficult client for a local Fermanagh restaurant. Firstly I was super impressed at how pretty Ederny is. Cobblers inhabits a main corner of the picturesque village. One enters via a bar that features a screen shaaring sports with local punters .. this transition only heightens the contrast to the wood lined hush and bustle of the chic main room. The food is accomplished and reaches to an international standard of presentation and excellence. For an inland eatery the excellent calamari evoked athe best hGreek taverna on your favourite island though the addition of chutney and drizzle may better be optional for future guests. The steak .. fillet and sirloin were truly delicious and served with knowing skill. The roast chicken was hearty, warming and excellent. The staff, local, affable and expert only added to an evening well spent with cherished friends. It is truly a pleasure to enjoy an eatery of knowing skill and deliciousness devoid of prétention. Hearty smart food shared with heart. I'll certainly be back.
Couldn't recommend more!! Such a cozy, classy amazing spot! Very family friendly and very accommodating for allergies. Steak was 10/10!! Me and my daughter can't have dairy and for the first time ever, we felt like we weren't missing out. Great Guinness! Great wine and great food!! We've found out new favourite spot. Thankyou for such great service!
From start to finish 11/10. Presentation and taste is the best Fermanagh has to offer by a mile. Starter of calamari was best I’ve had. Turkey and Ham main was out of this world and the deserts cannoli & sticky toffee were just the same level as the rest of the food. Mrs had hake and was blown away by that as well. Can’t wait to get back already.
