This is a little hidden gem, always busy which says it all really. Simple lunches to be had like soups, sandwiches, baked potatoes etc, with generous portions of home baking both served in the restaurant and packaged to take away. The only thing I would like to see change is the menu, in that it's been exactly the same for as long as I have been going there. It would be nice to see one or two dishes or fillings swapped out for something new.

What a wonderful place. From the moment we stepped in we got a warm lovely smile from one of the garden centre assistants who asked if she could help as I must have looked perplexed and answered my question immediately. Good prices on plants and everything laid out well. Took my purchases to shop & lady there advised me what I could & couldnt plant out at the moment again very helpful. We then visited the Coo Shed restuarant. It was absolutely packed out but after clearing a table they seated us within a minute. Again every member of staff so happy & helpful and food was great, home baking amazing and prices very reasonable. If you havent visited put it on your list for this year we loved it and will be back again soon.

It's a nice place. Staff were a bit frosty. Food was ok but not what I was expecting. People were walking in and being seated and we asked for a coffee after having a meal and they said no you cant have anything else. Which I found extremely roude as the other people next to us ordered food. Customer service extremely poor.
