Terrible receptionists - rude and arrogant behaviour. Some of the doctors have the same attitude - attended the surgery yesterday and had such horrible and patronising behaviour from the doctor. left as i came - not knowing what the root of the issue is and she gave me no suggestions of what to do despite explaining my history to her. very upset and disappointed with the quality of this practice - i have lived here all my life. At the same time when I want to book an appointment I don't get a slot for 2 weeks minimum and have to base my schedule around theirs and take time off work.

Never come across a slow and inefficient GP practice before. They have unhelpful reception staff. Who come across like they wouldn't work a minute past their working time. Not a GP practice for a professional working individual who values their time. The telephone system is unbearably slow forever on hold. Registration process is very slow. So much improvement! Only benefit I can say is that they have blood tests in house.

Receptionist staff extremely rude and inconsiderate. Im 37 weeks pregnant with an 18 month and they made me wait in a queue of 7 ppl which was moving very slowly just to give me a sample pot which is just behind the desk. Very unhelpful on the phone also...very abrupt. Ridiculous. I will be moving doctors as a result

Never seen such a rude and inconsiderate doctor in my life. He's purely in the job for the money and has little care for patient welfare.
