The receptionists answer the phone, say "can you hang on a minute" then put you on hold for 10 minutes. And are then abrupt when they eventually get back to you. They may be over worked and have a hard job but some professionalism would be nice.

Dreadful. They constantly messed up.the delivery of my prescription to the point where I have to chase them. I've been left on two occasions with hardly any medication left . Don't bother registering with this surgery they are completely inept.

Rarely get an appointment unless a week ahead. Somewhat condescending staff, tend to put Nurses in front of you first before getting to speak to a doctor. Online appointment system flawed, showing dates a week ahead but booking a week later.
