I just registered with them, have not seen the doctor yet but I already regret it. The doctor may be really good but I have no experience of that my issue is with repeat prescriptions. I have asthma and required a repeat prescription of inhalers. I phoned up thinking it would be a simple request, unfortunately not. They won't do it over the phone, they require me to drop a written request in, then pick up the prescription in 48 hours, this is fine if you don't work but as I'm working in central London every weekday this is highly inconvenient! All previous surgeries I have been registered with have been fine with requesting a repeat prescription over the phone! In this day and age if they can't do it over the phone they should at least have an online service. I will look to register elsewhere and advise others not to register here if you will ever require repeat prescriptions.

Been going here for nearly all my life and kicked me out the second they found out I had moved a few miles away. Receptionists are all extremely rude and always have been in my opinion. Thanks for nothing

Receptionists were extremely rude and useless the machine didn't work when signing me in so i had to wait in line after 10 minutes i got to the front and they said i was now late so would have to wait i would have to wait for what could be over an hour which in itself is a joke again can't stress just how disrespectful the receptionists were being. Besides this usually when you have an appointment you have to wait at least 30minutes to be seen and thats a good day. All in all terrible doctors surgery although the doctor himself isnt bad.

I have left a 5 stars review on their website as we are very pleased with Dr Patel's service so far. But I called the Reception the other week and one of the Receptionists was so rude to me when I attempted to ask for a repeat prescription for my fiance. She could have explained that we can request repeat prescriptions online. Very rude and unhelpful as I am not able to go to the surgery every week with my toddler to drop off the letter for the prescription. It is not safe to go in all the time if this could be done online. I am so annoyed! No human touch when you go in as well. The Receptionists are all hidden behind the safe windows and one has to log onto the system to be seen. So they can be safe and we can't! Please do not write a generic message below to apologise as it is pointless.
