Story

FOOD: From fresh sandwich fillings, homemade high protein Moroccan wraps, to hearty real Arab Tagine lunches daily.
Our popular Weekend Lunches for families, locals, visitors, vegans to real low fat, high protein training food and healing food.
Our traditional Moroccan cous cous dish is a(Northern African's Sunday Roast). Our menu change and grow all the time to bring to you healthy mix dishes.

ALL DAY BREAKFAST: Continental and Arabic Breakfast. Make your own Omelette, freshly baked daily croissants/ pastries to our homemade Msaman ( Moroccan pancake) drizzle with honey or filled savory Mahjab with beans tagine...:)

OUR SECRETE: Fresh meat from local butchers and veg from the locals!

ARABIC COFFEE: even our weekly fresh roasted Arabic coffee beans are roasted locally. The beans are from Guatemala and Brazil. Both companies are independent small growers, who invest in health welfare and community projects.

OUR WORK/ CHARITIES:

* We open late during Ramadan festivals- join us for Iftari, Edi is always buzzing with gatherings and Christmas we are here from locals and afar. Our doors are open to welcome:)

*Free mental health support every Fridays (pls ask for info)
* Our ongoing Work with other charities and well being organisation in the area to help those with mental health to a healthier journey in recovery.
We believe our simple method by reverting back to a very direct and practical practice is the best effective.
The society is ill and sick because of the lack of knowledge, disconnected and often ignorance. However, adopting what my grandparent's path, their philanthropy approach is support, advice and share from the heart at their very doorsteps.
This disinterestness healed and have helped people to strengthen them from their heart to their bodies and minds.
Everyone hit low sometimes in their life but with some understanding and support, recovery is easier. Support us to support others, thats why God made us all different and unique. Is to learn and help another :)
