Well where do I start with this place!!! So after we ordered our food 1 hour later it arrives for us to find the pizza looked more like a 3 year old made it. We ordered bbq base, pepperoni and salami only for it to arrive with bbq base & 2 slices of salami and no pepperoni so we made that phone call to say the order was wrong here’s the best bit, apparently the owner was to busy to deal with the problem as all we heard in the background was the staff getting shouted at as if they where toddlers, so I drove the pizza up to the shop and asked how he did not have time to fix a problem he created, his answer to this was top notch, He said what do you expect?? I said I expect the pizza I ordered and paid for then to take a lot of abuse from the owner as he through the pizza across the shop, so I said I would be talking to trading standards because he refused a refund, but this anoyed him even more so after even more abuse from the so called business owner that is Very very unprofessional and a disgusting way to talk to a paying customer and he thinks this is normal. But trust me when I tell use if I could give this place -5 Stars I would the place is a complete joke and the owner is nothing but a arrogant man. Only reason there no abusive language in this post is I want to make sure it hits google without being removed!!!

When i fancy a pizza i always order from piccolos ...friendly staff ans the ph and as yet have never got my order wrong....pizzas are amazing esp my fav veg hot ...loads of filling on top ...great value and lovely delivery team...yum yum

Hour and a half for two pizza's. Staff didn't care. Burnt. No good. Won't be back.
