I am sorry to have to say, the last 3 times I have been for a carvery, there has been an issue with hairs either in the food or on the plate. I had one on my dinner, then the next time the man at the next table was telling his wife, he had a hair on his meal. And again this week my Grandaughter said there was a long black hair in the mash on the carvery table. I was nor with her at the time or I would have pointed it out. But I did notice when the kitchen door was open that none of the staff had hairnets or hats. And there was a lady with long black hair not even tied back.  So I hope this is rectified.as it is such a shame as the food is good.
