Delivered to wrong place despite detailed delivery instructions. No phone call when being delivered despite asking for one ro make sure the cement could be put undercover. Over two weeks for a delivery locally. When delivery was eventually in the right place they didn't close the closed gate and the dogs got out. Poor, disappointed, expected more professionalism from such supposed high profile local company.
The Cobble shop is great for the garden plants and stones for rockeries or walls. It also sells plants too.Its easy access as you just drive up to Magbie Hill. It's all one level so fine for anyone with mobility issues.
Some good prices depending on what you are looking for. Very helpful staff on the phone and in person. The shop is well laid out and inspirational.
Went in, bought some chuckies and left. Yes, they have very nearly every colour of chuckie available, ..... didn't see any tartan ones, .... but they did have Scottish Pebbles .... so I suppose that's an alternative Anyhoo, they have a vast array of hard things ... from pebbles to large rocks, slabs to porcelain tiles ....
We've had a fantastic and effortless experience with our second delivery. A special mention to the professional and helpful delivery driver who returned on the same day to drop off a few items that had been missed from our first order a few weeks before. Highly recommendable company with good value for money products and first-class customer service.
Fantastic prices and selection - EVEN BETTER STAFF!! Very helpful, professional, friendly instore and the delivery guy was brilliant. Highly recomended.
Very professional stone and garden supplier. I was here due to every other supplier being out of paving sand recommended by the the chap who power washed our drive. I found the staff pleasant professional and the prices way better than the likes of B&Q. Another example of a great local business.
I would recommend generating a print of the directions to the Cobble Shop because in my opinion you can end up somewhere in Ayrshire but not at the Cobble Shop without a good plan. Anyway I was impressed with the overall area that the Cobble Shop is situated in. It looked to me like a new industrial estate. Apart from the Cobble Shop there are a number of other interesting shops. If you are in the market for decorative stones you cannot go wrong by having this shop high in your check it out list. Small samples are available and there is a number of gardening tools unfortunately no free samples of the tools.
My first order with The Cobble Shop and it was excellent. I got text notifications letting me know when my order would be delivered and I was kept up to date really well. I had questions which I submitted via the website and got a super fast response and had all my questions answered quickly. I ordered bark mulch which arrived today and was delivered into my front garden over the fence with ease by the very friendly and professional delivery man. Excellent from beginning to end and will definitely be using them again!
Excellent service, 1st time I've used this company and would have no hesitation in recommending to friends and family. Was told order would be 2 to 3 weeks due to covid and received my order within a week. Delivery driver was excellent, was in no rush to just dump my order like other companies I've used in the past. He waited on me to get neighbors to move there cars so he could maneuver his truck exactly where he needed it so he could drop my order exactly where I needed it saving me hours of shoveling. Well done guys and I big thanks to your driver 1st class
