PLEASE READ. Awful and dishonest service. Took my car to Protyre minutes after a discovered coolant leak. Was Kindly told a check over was free. Returned to be informed that my ' head gasket' had gone, and was quoted £750 from them to fix. Took to my regular garage for a second opinion as it sounded out of character (knowing a few things about cars), the fault was just the coolant bottle, a £65 job... more than a tenth less. Your choice folks.

Refused to fit 225 width tyres on an 8 inch rim citing safety reasons and a need to stretch the tyre. 225 is the perfect width and the tyre size was listed on the B pillar. Took the tyres elsewhere and they were fitted immediately. Pleasant enough but definitely not tyre experts. Wont be going back.

My mum brought a car in after being told it needed work through the last few months. She's paid out a lot. To be told by a previous owner, the work you apparently did, didn't need doing In the first place. She's now out of pocket for what?!!

They failed my car on the MOT, I then took it away for someone else to take a look and it flew through the MOT. I wished I'd listened to friends recommendations prior to my visit. Massive cowboys, use Wairings at the back gate
