An excellent service. Answered phone quickly, came out within 20 minutes. Replaced tyre while I was stranded too.
I had two flat tires and pulled over outside of Oxford. To cap it all off I had two work colleagues who I was meant to be ferrying back to Oxford. In my despair a Shire Tyre van pulled over and asked if I was OK. One hour later, two new tires, and a strangely enjoyable experience, and I was back on the road. The service was excellent, the cost much less than I anticipated, and what could have turned into a disaster became a really affirming experience of Shire Tyre Services coming to the rescue. Bravo!
It is so refreshing to do business with a local company that do what they say they will. They turned up on time, replaced two tyres, very reasonable price and the fitter was kind, professional and courteous. Great job, thank you very much indeed.
