I have been with the Co-Op Bank for a number of years now after having having a number of bad experiences with another high street bank due to their arrogant attitude and superior attitude to their customers. Since being with the Co Op I have always been treated with respect. At the Derby branch I have found that all of the staff that I have had dealings with were both pleasant and professional. After visiting this morning to settle the affairs of my late wife the Personal banker who assisted me Linda Fitchett proved to be exemplary.

The staff are lovely and have been extremely helpful while I've been supporting a disabled relative. This branch have been invaluable. Unfortunately the experience is marred by the fact that it's often extremely difficult to get hold of them by phone. It's caused me stress as some serious matters couldn't be handled by the generic helpline and I need help from the branch staff, but I can't get hold of them on the phone.

The staff are great over the years I have got to know them and they really go to any lengths to help. They always offer the best advice and know what they are doing. The ethical and environmental policies are what drew me to the bank and the paperless banking also makes life easier with no worries about where to store those old fashioned bulky documents. I don't feel like I'm in the bank it's like visiting friends. The best I've ever been with and I have and will recommend to anyone. If I use the  I feel like I missed out. Absolutely A1.

Visited this branch today as internet banking down.  Too much trouble for staff member to print off last weeks transactions.  Statement has been sent in post but not yet received.  Large direct debit imminent so I have to make sure there is enough in the account to cover,   Will be changing banks.

I have banked with a few different banks over the past few years and I always like to go to the bank branch every so often. I opened my account at the Co-Operative Bank in Derby and the member of staff who opened my account was very friendly and polite. Whilst I have done the same at the Halifax, I felt the service you receive at the Co-Operative bank is a bit more tailored to you and you are treated like an individual person rather than a figure or statistic for them. Having been back on a few occasions the services is repeatedly brilliant and makes me feel very confident in the bank. The mobile banking app is also quite reliable- it has been down once in the past 12 months. on 2 weekends the bank was doing maintenance and updates to the app which customers were notified about

My debit card has ceased to be recognised. Yes there are funds and card is in date. It is over an hour to get through on the phone, allegedly. Messaging Ap doesnt work..Really unhappy.

Four tills but only one person serving. The customer had a complex transaction and it was 15 minutes before they opened any more tills. Not good when you have back problems and no seating available....

It's really annoying that the bank is closed on Saturdays. This is the time when many working people do their banking. Most others are open so it's most inconvenient as well as inconsiderate. The reason stated is to protect the public, much more likely an excuse to cut costs, really bad form co-op !!!

I've been with this bank for quite a while and never once have I had a problem. If you visit the bank you are treated with respect by polite and friendly helpful staff. Online banking app is also very good. Highly recommended.

Staff are always very polite and helpful when we visit the Derby branch. They were excellent earlier this year when we moved house. Everything went like clockwork. Spot on!!! Thank you.
