Brought my son his first shoes from here. Was greeted by a very friendly lady who was very helpful. She helped provide accurate fitting and recommended best shoes to buy. Not too expensive for great quality shoes. Great service!
I phoned the Wolverhampton store early in the morning asking for paticular pair of shoes the lady said they were available and in stock. I visited the store during opening time and spoke to sales team and girl named Chloe who was wonderful and said she remembered me calling in the morning and had put aside pair of shoes i wanted. I Just wanted to say Thanks to all the staff who were lovely and very helpful and i shall be visiting again soon.
Received excellent service today from the team. Served by a sales assistant called Elly who was very helpful. Another colleague then served me and took time to explain my purchase and how to care for shoes. Will definitely be back :
