James popped out to access functioning of multi fuel stove. Old unit in need of repair, had to replace bars and the damper plate. Went beyond to locate parts for old unit. When all cleaned and installed proceeded to explain how to get the best from the stove with wood or solid fuel, the first time since installation the functions were properly explained. This man knows his job and for the fist time in decades, following his instructions, the stove is working efficiently. Cannot emphasise enough how professional James was with his knowledge and courtesy when he attended our need. Would highly recommend based on our experience. Thank you James.
James has done a great job of repairing the top of my very old stack. It was leaking, not a big job but needed scaffold & he kept me well informed all the way through, at a reasonable price too. Very efficient & knowledgeable, so good to find someone sympathic with old buildings, highly recommended!
James did an excellent job installing our wood burner and fixing the chimney stack. Very knowledgable person who kept us informed at every stage of the process. Would highly recommend to anyone.
