Outstanding service!!! Highly recommended. Like many people during the  cold spell and then a sudden rise in temperature,  I experienced a burst pipe, last Saturday.  Mike was the only plummer who answered his phone and gave me advice, as he was already stretched with other work. He was honest about the costs of call out emergency service. He  sent one of his guys round Wed morning, as promised  and was very reasonably priced.

I called this plumber and asked him to fit a water pump. He made an appointment to come out. I called on the morning of the appointment to check. I left a message. He did not turn up and did not call back. I called that evening and left a message. No Response. I called again and spoke to his wife asking him to call back. They never called back, they never apologised for my wife taking the day off work to wait in. They never called back. If you like wasting a day and repeatedly talking to an answer machine that no one responds to this is the plumber for you.

Very professional service very reliable, fixed my boiler no messing about would highly recommend
