So glad I've found this garage! The team here are lovely. Rahul was so helpful, he got my car in quickly and explained well to me what the problem was. I had my car back by the time I finished work, really good service and happy with the price. Highly recommend this place, will definitely be returning

I have been using this garage since 2016 and I can not fault the work or service in any way. Normally for booked work, which they collect my car to not impact my work etc which is an amazing service. Regards this visit, Yesterday I had engine failure & needed my car for weekend so called at 9am to see if can help in anyway and again 5* service  - told me to pop down as aware my need for a car & by 11am addressed and sorted. When you have unknown fault & no booking and time is still made - this is why I have been going here for so many years. Faultless service - understands clients needs. If you want a garage you can trust, then look no further. Each time I have needed major work done, Rahul and his team have always found time to fit me in and have always been very informative of the work that needs completing.  When I have gone to pick up my car, the work has been explained to me, old parts shown to me so I can fully understand the problems.  If local I live in Cheltenham they offer a pick up and drop off service depending on staff available Leaving you feeling well looked after and with no faff. Although the garage is a two minute walk from the train station that’s one stop from Cheltenham.  Prices are very competitive, I’ve always walked away feeling very content and reassured the work has been completed to a high standard.  As a female, I’ve always felt included in decisions and not made to feel stupid for not being a petrol head if anything I’ve learnt! The trust is extremely important to me and there is never any doubt of that at this garage. The true test of character is how you deal with a situation when things go wrong. We are all human beings we make mistakes. Technician who doesn't stand by his own work doesn't fill anyone with confidence. I am not going to lie; We have used RP motors before without any issues. But this was the first time we had an issue, the way it was dealt with was not great. Ducking and diving, Washing your hand off sort of attitude is not what I specifically look for while choosing a local garage for the long term. I would recommend to stay well clear unless you have emergency and everyone else is busy.Services:&nbsp;Oil change

Well what can we say? On our way down the motorway for a few days away and car starts making a funny noise, thankfully we found RP Motors. Went out of their way to help us and dropped everything, even gave my daughter a goody box! So helpful fixed our car and just such genuine lovely people, restored my faith in humankind, thank you so much

First visit: 10/10 service, I cannot fault a single thing to do with this garage. Took my car to be fixed and arrived back with it having been washed for me. Not only that but they were more than happy to go above and beyond in helping me with a couple of smaller issues. I'll update this review as time goes on as I definitely will be coming back here and referring others to this garage!
