I always use this dry cleaners and cannot fault their customer service and there standard of cleaning, the ladies in there are absolutely first class.

Worst dry cleaning & customer experience ever! At first they refused to acknowledge that the dress even had a belt attached when brought in. After insisting this was the case they reluctantly called the branch where cleaning is done to find that a 'stray' belt had been found stating we could drive over there to collect it ourselves or collect in the morning. As it was already approaching 5pm and little chance of getting there before 5.30 there was really no choice in the matter. Now we will have to rush there tomorrow before going to the station to catch our train, we're just pleased we had not booked an earlier train! The clincher tho was whe the staff tried to deflect blame by stating that as we brought it in late yesterday (3.30pm is hardly late) they had to rush to provide the 24hour service they offer! Crazy! These sort of things do happen, and mistakes can be made, this is not the issue. The sign of a good service is how they amend mistakes and work towards keeping customers goodwill & building loyalty. Firstly they failed purely on service & attitude of staff, almost accusing the customer of telling lies is not a good start. If they had then waived the cleaning bill, and arranged for someone to deliver the belt this evening this would be a 5-star review, as it is, I don't even believe they deserve the 1-star we are giving here. In conclusion, poor service, poor attitude, avoid at all costs!
