Always a great experience, knowledgeable and friendly staff, good selection of wines in all price ranges. Long term customer who will be back for sure.
Ben & Tom were very helpful with my organising a party for 40. No problem over changing the date due to Covid restrictions. Loan scheme for glasses and chiller bin is great. Even when IT problems meant the till could not be accessed, they were not fazed. Oh, and the wines went down very well with my guests!
My fiancé and I are planning on buying our wedding booze from the Majestic Calais but wanted to try before we bought. The staff at the EG branch couldn't have been more helpful! They set us up with a tasting, suggested other wines to try and we're very knowledgeable. All round a great experience and a very good scheme - would highly recommend if you're unsure. The UK branches also have a sale or return policy which is worth considering
Great stores with great staff who really know their stuff. Really nice to be able to wine taste before we buy too. Not everything, only the chosen ones all is good fun and an experience though. .
Great choice of good quality wines. If Tom, I think that is his name is working then you will be receiving excellent customer service as nothing is too much trouble, he is so helpful and knows a lot about wine.
Very helpful and knowledgeable staff that seem to know everything there is to know about wine! But then why not it's their business and it's a wine shop! Always a warm welcome. Highly recommended.

Was recommended a splendid bottle of vintage port which a friend and I demolished in one evening. A bit of a warehouse in contrast to my usual branch in Southborough Tunbridge Wells.
