I pay for the monthly unlimited full service plan and initially I was satisfied. They have done a solid job in the past. The past couple times I went, the interior was left essentially the same as it was when I went in for the wash. The car needed a simple vacuum and they failed to do so. Disappointing.
I washed my car here few times and always was satisfied. Today I came to This specific wash first time since summer. And first time it was right lane team. I got a car wet and it was impossible to observe everything. At home I saw that the team barely cleaned it. I payed for the silver package. Trunk not even touched. The car was empty btw.
My wife and I have used this car wash for years. We appreciate the thoroughness of cleaning, attention to detail, and friendly and efficient service. We have tried several other car washes, and this one is the best for us. In fact we each have unlimited monthly passes that make it economical for us to keep our cars looking in top condition all the time. The detailing and compounding services here are excellent, and the owner Paul will let you know if a scrape or scratch can be buffed out by his staff or whether you need a body shop. He's literally a hands on owner because you can find him helping to wipe down the cars after they go through the car wash. I've read the various negative comments, and can only say that neither my wife nor I have ever experienced anything but the best of service here. Definitely recommend this car wash for cleaning and detailing.
I got two flat tires while getting my car washed, I complained to them, but they told me they weren't responsible for it because I had aftermarket valve stem, so I told that me as a costumer didn't knew that I shouldn't let them on, but them on the other hand should have told me to take them off or they should have done it themselves. All I have from them was a we are not responsible for that, yeah, right. I don't recommend this place because on top of that, I paid for their best wash, and it was dirty inside and some spots outside.
On the afternoon of May 28, 2024, I went to my usual car wash to get my filthy car taken care of. However I just stood in line for nearly twenty minutes and nothing happened No explanation given., so I left and decided to bring my car to the Livingston Circle Car Wash. There were problems from the beginning. I waited on line for nearly a half an hour. A car that had driven up at least fifteen minutes after I did was allowed to cut the line in front of me. Also at the entrance of the car wash was a sign listing all of the things they were not responsible for if damaged. The sign also said that cars are designed to go through car washes and are not so easily damaged going through them. I do not think that insulting the intelligence of your customers is the best way to do business. When I went inside to pay for the service, the lady behind the counter tried to convince me to buy one of the their expensive memberships and also tried to sell me a book of coupons. I do not at all appreciate business trying to nickel and dime me. I am only going to pay for the service requested. After my car went through the car wash, I noticed one of the attendants drying my car was talking on her phone the whole time which I felt was very unprofessional. Finally when I got into my car after the work was done, I noticed small puddles of water in my driver's side floor mat. In my more than three decades of being a car owner and hundreds of trips to various car washes, I have never had water inside my car. That for me was the straw that broke the camel's back and I decided never to return. Though I will admit the car was washed well and I am satisfied with that service, there were problems from the second I drove into the establishment to the time I drove out. Hopefully the next time I go to my regular car wash, all will be in working order. I hope.
I've been going there for years. Their service has always been average but have been going for convenience when I need to at least get a good rinse from the automated washing machine. Today we brought our cars and the service was terrible. The car looked like it was barely touch. When we approached supervisor he became annoyed. His explanation was that we should not have brought the cars for a wash with 10 minutes to shut down. If that's their policy, why accept my money and why suggest I get the VIP service, not platinum. Behavior and professionalism unacceptable. Won't be going there ever again.
I usually love this car wash but as of lately, it’s totally gone downhill. I was there about less than a week ago and I understand it was busy but my car came out 20% clean there was still dirt on the front grill of my car. they did a terrible job at vacuuming my mats and I got the gold package which is $43. I had to run my car through a self-service car wash after that because it was so dirty on the outside and I had to use the vacuums myself when I clearly paid the car wash to do their job. Not sure what’s going on but I will not be returning there , which is a shame because they’re very convenient and used to do a really good job
This picture is the result of ME wiping down my car AFTER it was cleaned. Nothing was wiped down inside, carpets weren't well vacuumed, and there was still bird poop on the outside. This was with the silver package, $32
Horrible interior job. Imagine paying $35 and the car is still dirty inside. Images on the seats and ground of car attached. This not even including the finger prints still inside. Smh never again.
Convenient location, but they never clean the interior properly! For the price they charge, it’s absolutely unacceptable! My trunk wasn’t even touched! This is not the first time, I feel like I have to inspect the car before leaving. Between I paid for full service wash, so that should always include the trunk.
