Probably my seventh favourite BP in the UK and my third favourite in Scotland. got a decent selection of cold meat.

A bit more expensive than all of the supermarket petrol stations and is a right pain to get in and out at certain times due to all the traffic backing up for the roundabout.

Frequently the single worst service I've experienced of any petrol station in Scotland, maybe even the UK - and that's saying something. At busiest times, when there is a queue of commuters in a rush to get to work waiting to pay for fuel, there is generally at least one other staff member mucking about, filling shelves, chatting to a regular, etc. If there are two staff serving and someone in the queue to pay for fuel asks for something like a coffee, the staff member wanders off to make the coffee - meanwhile staff member # 3 stacks shelves/chats/does something else.
Any convenience in the proximity to the M8 is ruined by the service. It might actually be quicker to go further off the M8, maybe Bathgate? It'll certainly be cheaper...
Avoid at busy times, unless pushing is the next option.
