Well what can I say, I would have loved to get my car valeted today, which was my plan. However was turned away because he already had a car there only one and couldn’t do anymore. If cleaning one car takes a whole day well that’s certainly getting your moneys worth. Only one guy cleaning cars on a Sunday? A busy shopping day? Poor management there.
Done full valet with leather clean , paid 30£ but looked like car wasn’t much touched . Interior still dusty a bit, not even a smell of spray or any cleaner used. Really disappointed . Never gonna use them again .
On Sat 12th Oct 2019 I took our TOYOTA for a basic internal valet. On collection I did not notice anything, but around 1hr later I noticed the internal recessed dashboard panel had been dislodged from its setting by some sort of forceful impact photographic evidence attached, as provided to Auto Valet . I immediately returned to the venue, and reported to the Manager, who recorded it and also took photos to document.  He informed me that I would need contact head office at the telephone number provided. I rang a couple of times, leaving messages, but the phone was never answered, and the calls were not returned. I eventually found an eMail address for them, and contacted them to be advised that "we have not received your calls as that phone is manned 24-7, any missed calls are returned but please do email with your query to XXXX@YYYY". This was followed a few days later by their advice that "Good morning, having carried out a full investigation, including a full discussion with the valeter, I have concluded that no part of our wash process could have caused the damage you show to your vehicle, we cannot accept liability for this.". hmmm, convenient. I will not be using them again.
Paid for valet at cost of £18. Job wasn't done properly think they just gave car quick hoover. Visible dirt on front drivers side. Won't recommend and will never be backServices: Polishing
Paid £30 for full valet + polish & wax. Drove home after collection and opened the boot to find that they hadn't even bothered to clean it. After further inspection of the rest of the car I found that the interior had nothing more than a quick hoover, and the outside a quick rinse and hasty waxing. The door handles, wheels and details hadn't been cleaned, and there were smears of wax all over the car. It's difficult to spot these things on collection due to the dark location within the car park. The amount of work put into this was probably all of 10 minutes despite the 2 hours they quoted me. For £30 I expected a lot more. What a complete waste of money and I can't believe they are allowed to continue operation within the car park. If you're looking for a good quality exterior clean for low cost use the hand car wash at the Polbeth petrol station instead. They do a far better job than these guys and only take about 5 minutes.
Took my car at 10am for full valet and upholstery clean today. Picked it up at 12.30 and it looked great. However, driving out of the darkness i noticed the car had not been dusted properly. When i got out the car, noticed all the compartments were sticky and not cleaned. The carpet had hardly been hoovered. The outside of the car, the alloys were still covered in dirt and the rear window was not clean aswell as other. What a rip off this place is!!
I needed a rental cleaned and paid for the full valet service. Guy said he could do it in thirty minutes. When I returned, the car was indeed clean, and spotless on the outside and the inside. My only gripes are that the costs was a bit steep, and some of the services offered charged on a premium could be found cheaper elsewhere.
