Excellent service. Phoned up this morning, couldn’t get the printer to recognise the new ink cartridge I fitted. They visited me on site and diagnosed that the cartridge was faulty. They returned later with a new cartridge and later that afternoon got it up and running. The charge was very reasonable so I added a bit as I was so pleased. I have no hesitation in giving Chris and his team my highest recommendations.
Nothing is ever too much trouble. They go over and above to help with any technical issues. Great prices. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
Received great service recently - repaired my printer for less than £30 and managed to buy a full set of inks at very reasonable price. PLUS they sell masive range of e-cigs & liquids too so managed to pick up some liquids for my tank - will definitely be going back there.
