Most of the items are usually stocked. I don’t really need help with locating items so I’m not sure what the staff are like. The prices are reasonably cheap.

I have just attended your store on my lunch break stood in a que to pay only to be told by the lady serving on the tills that she wasn't going to serve me as she was late for her lunch, unprofessional and very rude she even held her hand up and signaled to her watch ! Discusting customer service !

I have shopped at No7 in Boots and have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly going above and beyond. Today however the girl in No7 was unhelpful, dismissive and disinterested.

Large store, good range of products available. Handy that the store opens out from Dudley street into the mander centre.

Positive - good sized store. Stocks a wide variety of items including upmarket cosmetics brands eg Chanel and Lancôme that you can collect and spend your Boots points on. Negative - unfortunately, these stands almost always seem to be unstaffed. You can usually pick up an item and pay at another stand but if you're after advice or want to enquire about samples, you can stand around for ages without anyone turning up, which is frustrating. Tip - if you do manage to find a stand with a member of staff, and they provide good service, it's worth making acquaintances as they'll often be more likely to provide samples with or without you making a purchase. (As was the case with a lovely lady who used to serve my mom on the Chanel stand although I believe she's since retired.)
