Would not go anywhere else. Have had my white goods from here for 20 years, as have other family members and friends. They carry a good stock at competitive prices  and if you have any problems they are always on hand to help unlike the larger companies.

Capital Appliance Centre is very worthwhile a visit. They keep a very large choice of goods and the staff are always ready to serve and give help on any item you are interested in. There is a large parking area which I felt it was an added bonus and the trading hours are to suit most people. Very worthwhile a visit.

RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

After years of buying appliances from this company the lastest visit to this company has been awful!!

Our customer service was shocking in the office from staff who did not want to contact fitters for us as some else had sold the fire to us and “left office staff to pick up the pieces” and that “ he always does this to us” to the point I offered to make the phone call myself!!!! 

My OAP mother was charged an excessive amount for a fire fitter to block a chimney hole (badly) and plug an electric fire into the wall socket!!!! Less than 1/2 hours work. 

 On phoning the manager to complain she was promised a refund and the fitter to come around to make right the job.....to this day none of this has happened and no contact has been received!!!!😡😡

My OAP Aunt brought a frost free freezer from them which keeps freezing up!!! She has phoned twice for someone to come out and look at this and still she has had no contact!!!!!! 

THEY ARE HAPPY TO TAKE YOUR MONEY QUICK ENOUGH BUT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM....SHAME ON YOU!!

Very pleasant showroom staff organised delivery and set up of washing machine. The old one taken away the delivery team were great no trouble and did water check and showed me how to work the new washing machine. Thanks very much.
