The place has dramatically changed after the refurbishment, it is very spacious and a bit more up market. The kids menu is absolutely excellent, both in size and taste. My wrap wasn't that good as it was very oily, but ok. I think what is still missing is a bit of soul for the place but I'm sure that will come with time.

Large, attractive gastropub recently refurbished. Very good food , efficient friendly staff. The toilets are spotlessly clean and actually provide hot water. Recognition of Covid protection measures although staff were not wearing masks. Apart from that I can't fault it.

Great food, atmosphere and service. Eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed.
