I have never had a bad experience in this shop. They have always made me welcome. There have been times when they are busy but they have still found the time to say that they would be with me as soon as they are able to. They are my first point of call for boots!
The worst bespoke shoe shop I have ever visited. After 45min of waiting to be served I asked for help and was told to wait! I was waiting.....but that is a joke...not one member of staff came up to me and few of them were standing around doing nothing. Thank you but I won't be spending my money here!
