Wonderful pub, in the heart of the west end, staff were very friendly an accommodating, although at this time 2020 very quiet. But that was also nice to be able to take in this fantastic traditional London pub and also to be able to chat too...go along and enjoy..
Very busy pub with perfect location for theatres. Had eaten at this chain before and really liked it. Wasn't as impressed this time though. That said, food was fine and reasonably priced.
Duck confit pie my fiancé had was delicious. I did prefer it over the toad in the hole shown in photo. Our German waiter upstairs was great - 5 stars for his service.

Loved the food and enjoyed the beer. Amazing atmosphere. Not very big upstairs for dining, so make a reservation just in case. Right across the street from the Palace Theatre and down the street from Mary Poppins. On Saturday night's it's crazy crouded 'round there!
Nice character pub, received good polite service and very helpful. Had 2 pints of Pravha which were tip top. Correcly spaced out tables and hand-wash at the door so they are keeping ontop of things well. A++
Came here for some proper British Pub Food - got the Sausages and Mash and Steak and Ale pie and we weren't disappointed! Great ingredients, selection of ales and desserts too! Definitely recommend
Great selection of gins, beers and wines. Food was delicious.
