The Cambridge Chop House

All around good quality steakhouse. The steak was a little tough but I loved the sticky toffee pudding dessert.

Dining with friends, we were squeezed in for the last sitting, before the 10pm curfew. We all had beef, it would be a shame not, we thought! The meals were good quality and the steaks were cooked to order, which is not always to be expected. The staff were polite and helpful. The location is good and prices are reasonable.

Wonderful news that Chop House is continuing the Eat out deal into September! Wonderful location and delicious Barnsley chops. Would highly recommend the lamb chops with mash potato and garlic butter. The crackling and apple sauce starter was another highlight!

Lovely view of the university and the clock. Steak was very tasty. Service was good. Food very tasty and great options. Mash potato good. Had the prawns with the steak which were delicious. Option for salad or chips would be better if salad came as standard. Central Location

A busy night out in Cambridge but staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing - a real treat with the best out scheme. I imagine it’s a favourite for date nights as lovely atmosphere inside but we sat outside with a view of Kings college and the bustle of the street. A great night out and would happily go again.

Really nice atmosphere in the basement of a pub. Food is really good, service definitely up to par.

Delightful setting opposite Kings College & The Corpus Clock. Great food & enough choice for everyone. Efficient & friendly staff. Good French wines. Love this place & would certainly recommend.

Really nice beef rib, pork belly and Lamb shoulder. Perfectly cook. Reasonable price for the portion size
