We came here for a meal on Thursday 10 March 2022, as it was my first time at this venue, I was impressed by a number of things, the service was very good, the food was excellent, and although when we arrived it was lunch-time, the atmosphere inside was quiet, but we did not mind that at all, I will certainly come back here again , and i recommend it.
Came in just to look at the menu as it was our anniversary and as we’d been to The Snug’s other location we thought we’d check it out as they had vegan vice food menu. We were greeted and seated upon arrival by our server Kat, she was so polite and had easy flow conversation, her product knowledge and drink recommendations exceeded my expectations! When I come back I’d love to see her again and I can’t wait to try all the new drink arrivals! Have recommended all my friends in the area visit and I’ll be coming back for my favourite espresso martini soon!
Good was good, but service was a little slow. But friendly staff and nice atmosphere
Maybe they are understaffed. But with all the reservations, you would think they are expecting how many tables have been booked etc., however, service is terrible, repeat our orders over and over again, still got the drinks/food order wrong. However after 30/40 mins wait, the food is fantastic, vegan burger/salada is amazing.
Really nice place, has a really good welcoming vibe. Good cocktails, and not too pricey. The guy at the bar was really lovely! Will be coming again!
I went there for Vegan Vice food which was nice, but not a fan of the venue at all...... dirty, rubbish music, not enough staff and drunk people falling over. I won't be going back!
Solid bar/restaurant for brunch and simple food. We went with our 18mth daughter for brunch and there was a high chair and activities provided. Restaurant was very busy and seemed to be only a single waitress who did a pretty good job on keeping on top of everything.
Didn't eat here, but they have a decent selection of cocktails and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's clean and reasonably well decked out. Pretty cheap overall, good value for money.
