We have shopped here for many years, it’s had its ups and downs, however the tradition of a great department store lives on. Friendly, enthusiast and knowledgable staff. Lots of choice and a nice atmosphere to shop in.

Lovely store. Very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful.  We had coffee and sandwiches in the expresso cafe which tasted very good.  It was nearly 5pm and although it was nearly time to close they did not rush us. Please LIKE when you have read my review. Thank you

It was such an enjoyable shopping experience! Thank you to Joshua at the men's department. He was very attententive and super friendly. 

I love John lewis especially the electrical department loads of lovely top quality gadgets .

Good range and polite staff, but the queues were so long!

An example excellent choice of products but all  ver0y expensivel.
