Horrific customer service today. Rude staff. Cake was supposed to be ready at 5pm, went to collect cake just before closing at 7pm and the cake still wasn't ready!!! Sarcastic, rude comments from staff. Totally unprofessional, no one to even complain to. What a joke. Birthday ruined
