I go there for the live music, but I hear the food is good too. A great place to warm up in the winter time, next to their open fire. They also have a few events outside throughout the year, with a good size beer garden and ample parking. They put on alot of gigs involving local musicians. This is a great thing and I would like to see more places using a similar system, although this is mostly propped up by having a reliable crowd of regulars who are interested in being a part of the local music scene.

A gem for out of the way places with no airs and graces, just good food and good service.

Great pub but a little hard to find for non locals. Nice garden, dog friendly, good local beers, great food.

Lovely pub fantastic food, I had the roast beef Sunday lunch which was stunning and others in our party had various other meals that they said was fantastic there was plenty more to chose from on the menu so we will be returning to work our through it.

Ate here again last week, never disappointing, staff always friendly, food always spot on, a great atmosphere (even though there was a Viking in the front bar at the time!), love this place. Well deserving of all praise received.
