They have had a revamp and are very modern now.  Prices are reasonable.  The range of stuff they sell has been decreased.  Used to be able to get a delicious jacket spud but no more.  The new range is good though. To be honest I preferred it before they updated the place.

Reassuringly terrible customer service.
I regularly come here just so I can experience customer service at its worst. 
Nice cakes, coffee ok, clean, tidy but why oh why do they treat customers like an inconvenience?

Nice cakes and pastries, service can be slow at peak times as not enough staff serving.

Staff were unfriendly on this occasion (though this is not always the case) and I bought a pie which wasn't hot, not my best ever visit to a Greggs unfortunately
