As a foreigner Dorset I found this absolutely brilliant. Straightforward to sign up and was amazed to recieve a payment completed email as the barrier let us out. I found the spaces to be plentiful and a better size than I'm used to !!
The lifts are extremely slow. Have to wait at least 5-10 minutes for the lift to take you at your relevant level of car park
Clean good size parking bays easy to spot an empty bay with the lights on the ceiling to indicate a free space. Reasonably priced.
Easily accessible car park in the centre of Brum. Car park is well kept and very good lighting. As car parks go, one of the finer ones in our city!
It's a car park, what else can I say? Reasonably clean. Well lit.
Very lovely parking experience, even if the parking widths feel a little tight. Only downside to this experience is when coming back to the lifts, if you are a regular I'm sure you will know what to expect. But as this was my first time, finding the lift back down was a nightmare. It would seem the don't like pointing the way out or the way to the car parking level. It's all about keeping you there as long as is possible.
I really love to park here when visiting Birmingham. As a disabled person, the car park is very accessible. The spaces are clearly marked with lights above them to say if they are full red or empty green. At a glance, you can see the free spaces in the aisles before going down them. There is steps or lifts up to the bull ring which are always clean. It also feels like a very safe car park as it is light and bright with high ceilings and great lighting. There is also a car wash here, where you can leave your car whilst shopping and you just pay the price of the car wash free parking. It is an expensive car park I think we payed £14 for a couple of hours, but it feels to me like it is worth it for the reasons I have listed above.
Great parking a little pricey but clean and tidy and very modern
Now there is the double whammy of having to pay for parking AND pay for EV charging. Come on! One or the other please! You want to encourage the green zone vehicle thing, then take away the incentives... Stick it!
