I have recently had my Saab serviced by Frazer and Ray and can only say they are the most professional,knowledgeable and courteous people in the business. I had to drive over one hundred miles to get to them and it was worth the journey. I had a full service and had a list of minor issues which they addressed to perfection. My car feels like new now and was worth every penny spent,which may l add was very reasonable indeed. I will be getting any work l need doing on my car with these guys for a long as l have my car. And could highly recommend they to any Saab owner

Fraser and Ray came to our rescue. Let down badly by the rac left our saab un drivable or so they told us. Had our car recovered to Fraser. He noticed the problem even before the car was off the recovery truck. Checked the fuel system to see if the rac had done anymore damage. Thier customer service is fantastic kept up to date excellent work carried out . The total cost of work carried out fantastic value. It's great to know that there are specialists that go out of thier way keep our saabs on the road Thank you Fraser and Ray .
Some of the best mechanics in the UK. Had a traction control failure on SID today and car had trouble starting so took it down to bagnall saab. Frazier was generous enough to take a look at the issue and 5 minutes later car had no warning light and no issue. Very knowledgable and well spoken also had full service completed 2 months ago.
These guys are the best. They know everything, so helpful and brilliant mechanics. I was desperate to get indicators repaired, needed the car for a charity fundraiser in 5 days. Despite having so much work on they fitted me in and more than fixing the car they checked for other faults. Cannot praise them enough.
An Unbelievable service my car was taken in and it was even repaired a day early they are honest and don't try and rip you off I would highly recommend these people to work on any Saab or even on any car I will definitely be using them again and again and again they are professional and I cannot recommend them too much very friendly people Mark in Redditch
