A pub which seems as though it was recently reopened. Only sells drinks at present although a sign suggested that they may be selling food soon. Drinks include beers, lagers and spirits. Decor is nice with good lighting. Has a clean appearance.
Had a great time here. Food was lovely and staff friendly. There wasn't a fish and chips on the menu, but when my husband asked for it they said : let me look if we still have some fish then we'll make you a fish and chips. And it was the best :
Really good value for money. Great homemade roast and delicious desserts! Love the atmosphere here. We live in Suffolk & come back reguarly to visit family. Always seem to bump into some old familiar faces & friends - love it!
Phoned and booked a table for 8, on our way to Thursford. Landlady was most obliging, the food was hot, home made and delicious ,and a good price. Recommend cottage pie and fish n chips.
Roaring open fire. Delicious hot chocolate. Great service and conversation from Sonya.
